In the Year Two Thousand Fourteen

An Act relative to health insurance benefits for elected officials in the town of Andover.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 32B or any other general or special law to the contrary, health insurance benefits for elected officials shall not be provided by the Town of Andover.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
