Wolf (by vote of the town) that the town of Wellfleet be authorized to increase maximum fine limits for parking tickets issued in said town.  Transportation.  [Local Approval Received.]

An Act relative to parking violations in the town of Wellfleet.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of section 20A 1/2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, the town of Wellfleet is hereby authorized to increase the maximum limit for parking ticket fines to seventy-five ($75) dollars if paid within twenty-one (21) days, to eighty ($80) dollars, if paid thereafter, but before the parking clerk of said town reports to the registrar of motor vehicles, and to ninety-five ($95) dollars if paid thereafter.

Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
