An Act to exempt the Town of Dennis from the provisions certain section of Chapter 149.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION: 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Town of Dennis shall be exempt from complying with sections 26 through 27G of Chapter 149 of the General Laws for projects of $50,000 or less.
SECTION 2: This Act shall take effect upon its Passage.
