An Act relative to a real property tax exemption for recipients of social security disability and supplemental security income benefits.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after clause Forty-first C½ the following clause:-
Forty-first C¾. Real property occupied as the domicile of a person who owns the same and receives disability benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act or receives benefits under the supplemental security income program under Title XVI of such Act.
