An Act authorizing regularly-employed personnel in the City Clerk’s Office in the city of Gardner to administer oaths and affirmations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 15 and 19 of chapter 41 and section 20 of chapter 207 of the General Laws, or of any general or special law to the contrary, all regularly employed personnel in the city clerk’s office in the city of Gardner, shall have all the powers, perform the duties and be subject to the liabilities and penalties conferred and imposed by law with respect to the administration of oaths and affirmations.
SECTION 2.This act shall take effect upon its passage.
