Ordered, That the committee on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies be authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of Senate documents numbered 166, 167, 168, 169, 171, 173, 174, 178, 179, 180, 184, 185, 186, 187, 188, 190, 192, 194, 195, 197, and 198 and House documents numbered 310, 312, 313, 314, 316, 317, 319, 320, 322, 323, 324, 325, and 326, relative to economic development matters.

Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2014.
