An Act relative electronic automobile insurance charges.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in section 193B after the word “nondiscriminatory” in line 3 the following:
“No insurance provider shall charge a fee for processing an electronic transaction without written notification.”.
