An Act concerning the transferal of innholders' licenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 17 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 129, after the word “license” the following:-
; provided, however, licenses granted to innholders in accordance with this paragraph shall be transferrable to an inn at the same location
