An Act preserving retired teachers' certification..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary any certified teacher, upon retirement, shall be deemed fully certified without the necessity or re-certification and shall be entitled to employment opportunities as fully certified.
