An Act relative to promoting tolerance.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

That Section 32a of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended to include the following:

When activity or material designed to promote tolerance and respect, including difference in sexual orientation, when sexual implications are not discussed are exempt.
