An Act regarding ballot voting options.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Section 34 of said chapter 53, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the last sentence the following:-

Each ballot shall offer “None of the Above” as a voting option.
