An Act relative to job creation in the Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 19 of chapter 21I of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out subsection (B) and inserting in place thereof the following new subsection:
(B) Any toxic user required to file a report with the United States Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to section 313 of EPCRA during the year 1990 shall file a copy of such report with the department.
SECTION 2. Section 19 of chapter 21I of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out subsections (C), (D), (E), (F), (G), and (H) inclusive.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
