An Act regarding underground storage tanks.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 5 Chapter 21O of the general laws is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (4) the following:
a)Any such corrective action may include but is not limited to financial reimbursement to the owners of surrounding property who have sustained damage due to negligent release;
