An Act regarding liability insurance requirements for owners of underground storage tanks.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 8 of Chapter 21O of the general laws is hereby amended by inserting the following subsection:
(1)Notwithstanding any provisions of CERCLA, owners of UST dispenser sites are hereby required to carry no less than $10 million in liability coverage.
