An Act relative to the lease of Boston University Sailing Pavilion and youth programs.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

"SECTION XXX. Notwithstanding sections 40E to 40I inclusive, of chapter 7 of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance, in consultation with the commissioner of conservation and recreation, may lease or enter into other agreements with the Boston University Sailing Pavilion in the city of Boston; provided, however, hat, that Boston University shall contribute annually the sum of $75,000 to provide membership subsidies for children in the city of Boston aged 10 to 18 years old in the Junior Program administered by Community Boating, Inc. of the city of Boston".
