In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act establishing an integrated confidential data system among state agencies to track diagnosis, treatment, services and outcome of individuals with autism.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, the executive office of Health and Human Services will establish and maintain an integrated confidential data system among all state agencies that interact with individuals with autism. The data system will track diagnose, treatment, services, and outcomes of services accessed by individuals with autism.
