An Act relative to licenses issued by the Division of Marine Fisheries.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately provide for certain rights and obligations with respect to the transfer of licenses issued by the division of marine fisheries, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 130, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the first sentence, in line 4, the following sentence:-
However, the provided transfer by the division of any license, permit and/or certificate of registration under this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 30A.
