An Act relative to the Architectual Access Board.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, the Architectural Access Board shall require that all building owners be prohibited from renting space to agencies receiving state funding unless said building is handicapped accessible.
