An Act relative to hunting or trapping on private land.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 131. Section 36. Fishing, hunting, or trapping on private land.

Section 36. A person shall not fish, hunt or trap on private land unless permission of the owner or tenant thereof is received in writing.
