An Act requiring the raising of the minimum for property damage.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 34O of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the words"not less than five thousand" and inserting "not less than fifty thousand".
