An Act relative to nursing facility reporting.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION  1.  Chapter 118E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 14A the following section:-

Section 14B.  The division shall promulgate rules and regulations to provide for a single form to be used by the division and the United States Department of Health and Human Services to collect resident care information, including but not limited to, case-mix information as defined by the division to be used for resident reimbursement.
