In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act to allow the town of Dedham to participate in lease negotiations with DCAM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the legislative body of the town of Dedham shall have the ability to discuss lease negotiations with the department of capital and asset management for a period of ten years.  Such discussions shall be conducted on behalf of the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office for the purpose of relocating the District Attorney’s office within the town of Dedham.
