An Act relative to protecting the public water supply of the Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9 of Chapter 92A1/2 as appearing in the 2010 General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 8, the words “50,000 dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 250,000 dollars
SECTION 2. Section 9 of Chapter 92A1/2 as appearing in the 2010 General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 9, the words “1 year” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 2.5 years
