An Act relative to emergency response in the city of Boston.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 111C of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out in Section 2 Subsection 9 the words; “(iv) inter-agency coordination;” and putting in place thereof:-
“(iv) inter-agency coordination; provided that such coordination include automatic notification of all priority 1 category emergency calls in the City of Boston including shootings, stabbings and drug overdoses shall be directed to both Boston EMS and Boston Fire Department for immediate response”.
