An Act to clarify school employees responsibilities.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The fifth paragraph of Chapter 71, section 38R of the General Laws, as recently amended by chapter 77 of the acts of 2013, is further amended in the fifth paragraph by deleting in the first sentence the words " the applicant" and substituting the words " the employer"; and, by deleting the fourth sentence of said paragraph.
