SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 14 of chapter 151A of the General Laws, for calendar year 2014, the experience rate of an employer qualifying therefor under subsection (b) of section 14 of chapter 151A of the General Laws shall be the rate which appears in column “E” of clause (1) of subsection (i) of said section 14 of said chapter 151A.
SECTION 2. Section 1 shall take effect as of January 1, 2014.
