An Act relative to boat trailer registration fees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 33 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out paragraph (10) and replacing it with the following:--
(10) For the registration of every trailer for which a fee is not otherwise provided in this section, a fee for every 1,000 pounds or fraction thereof of the weight of such trailer and the maximum load to be carried thereon; provided that said fee shall be collected every two years.
