An Act relative to licensed mental health counselors.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 12 of Chapter 123, as appearing the 2012 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the words “clinical specialist” in line 2, the following words:-

“, licensed mental health counselor”

SECTION 2. Said section 12 of Chapter 123 is hereby further amended by inserting, after the words “clinical specialist” in line 16, the following words:-

“, licensed mental health counselor”

SECTION 3. Said section 12 of Chapter 123 is hereby further amended by inserting, after the words “clinical specialist” in line 20, the following words:-

“, licensed mental health counselor”
