An Act to provide additional protection for minors from persons who has a sex offense case that has been continued without a finding.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 of chapter 123A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “chapter 272” in line 79, the following words: “or a person having been charged with a sex offense on a minor who has a case that has been continued without finding pursuant to section 18 of chapter 278”
