By Mr. Galvin of Canton, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of William C. Galvin and Louis L. Kafka for legislation to establish a sick leave bank for Carmen Mahone, an employee of the Trial Court. The Judiciary.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to which is to establish forthwith sick leave banks for a certain employee of the trial court, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
