An Act relative to the statewide head injury program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 78 of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end of paragraph (2) the following new paragraph:-
(3) The commission shall, subject to appropriations, develop and provide, either directly or through purchase of service, such services as deemed necessary and appropriate to persons with acquired brain injuries. Such services will be managed by the statewide head injury program and delivered to persons meeting the eligibility requirements for each such service.
