An Act relative to ski area operations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 143 of the General Laws is hereby amended in Section 71N by adding after subsection (6) to following two new subsections:
(7) All ski areas must provide helmets free of charge for all rentals.
(8) Ski areas must post their accident and safety records online for public access.
