An Act relative to firearm permits for retired law enforcement personnel.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (i) of Section 131 of Chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “for”, in line 254, the following words:- “active and retired,”.
