An Act relative to the inspection of power operated doors..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of section 3A of chapter 143 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:— In addition to the foregoing, the local inspector shall, at least annually, perform inspections and safety tests on all power-operated doors within the city or town from which he is appointed.
