An Act changing the composition of the Board of Fire Prevention Regulations.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 4 of Chapter 22D, as amended by section 2 of chapter 445 of the acts of 2012, is hereby amended by striking out in line 8 the word “fourteen” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-

“15”

SECTION 2. Said Section 4, as amended by section 3 of chapter 445 of the acts of 2012, is further amended by striking out in line 18 the word “11” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-

“12”

SECTION 3. Said Section 4, as amended by section 4 of chapter 445 of the acts of 2012, is further amended by inserting after the word “explosives” the following:-

“1 shall be chief of inspections of the department of public safety or his designee”

SECTION 4. Chapter 22D, as amended by section 5 of chapter 445 of the acts of 2012, is hereby amended by striking the word “sixteen” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-

SECTION 5. This act shall take effect on January 1, 2014.
