In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act prohibiting state employees from receiving multiple salaries.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 21 of chapter 30 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following sentence:— If a person receives a salary from the treasury such person shall not be entitled to receive additional compensation including bonuses from any other state entity.
