An Act relative to labor relations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7 of chapter 150E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the last paragraph, as amended by section 54 of chapter 176 of the acts of 2011, the following paragraph:-
Notwithstanding any special provision, law or regulation to the contrary, employee and employee exchange of tours shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter.
