In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to continuing education requirements for licensed professionals.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Division of Professional Licensure shall promulgate rules and regulations for on-line based courses and other options to satisfy continuing education requirements for the applicable Division of Professional Licensure Boards.
SECTION 2. The Division of Professional Licensure shall file any necessary drafts of legislation with the clerks of the senate and house of representatives on or before December 31, 2013.
