An Act relative to disability pension benefits and earnings reports.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 91A of said chapter 32, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 9 by inserting after the word “commission’ the following words:- , provided, however, that the commission may waive such filing by a member, if said member shall have been retired for more than ten years, and has not reported any earnings for the prior five years and also signs an affidavit under the pains and penalties of perjury indicating that should he/she realize any earned income in the future that they will forthwith notify the commission of that fact and again report under this Section.
