An Act regarding summer seasonal employees in the Division of State Parks and Recreation in the Department of Conservation..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 21 shall be amended by inserting the following new section:-
Section 3E. Summer seasonal employees of the Division of State Parks and Recreation in the Department of Conservation and Recreation who are hired prior to the second Sunday before Memorial Day and whose employment continues beyond the Saturday following Labor Day shall be provided health insurance. The Commonwealth shall pay the same percentage of the premium as for all active state employees.”
