An Act relative to the reinstatement of certain beneficiaries for accidental death retirement benefits.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Boston Retirement Board shall reinstate accidental death benefits to Edith Carell, the surviving former spouse of Michael A. Carell, under the provisions of sections 9 and 94 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
