In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

Resolve relative to a certain employee of the Civil Service Commission.
Resolved, That for the purpose of discharging a moral obligation of the commonwealth, and after an appropriation has been made thereof, there shall be allowed and paid out of the state treasury to Daniel M. Henderson, Esq., former employee of the Massachusetts Civil Service Commission, an amount commensurate with the lawful step salary rate of 125% of said employee’s salary on the date of June 15, 2007 for the period of June 15, 2007 to March 6, 2012, less the percentage hitherto paid, this amount being properly owed to him under General Law chapter 30, sections 46(6), 46C(6) for his separation from employment as a commissioner of the Massachusetts Civil Service Commission.
