An Act Relative to motor vehicle excise percentages.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION1. Section 1 of chapter 60A is hereby amended by striking the following:-

In the year preceding the designated year of manufacture…………………..……….50%

and inserting in its place the following:-
