An Act relative to smokeless tobacco excise tax.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Subsection (a) of section 7C of chapter 64C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 17, the words “twenty-five percent” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “45 per cent”
