An Act relative to redeemable scratch tickets.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 27 of Chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

Losing scratch tickets, so-called, shall be redeemable by the licensee for the amount of five cents per ticket to be used only for the purchase of a lottery ticket.
