An Act to promote business growth.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 68C of chapter 63 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:--

(11) a business corporation, as defined in section 30, shall be exempt within the first five years after its organization and establishment of a physical presence within the commonwealth.
