In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act to create property tax credits for individuals with disabilities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (k) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new paragraph:-
(10) Notwithstanding the age restriction imposed in paragraph 2 of this subsection, individuals eligible for social security supplemental income due to a disability and that otherwise meet the requirements of this section, may claim the credit.
