An act regarding Septic Credit Eligibility.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Clause (i) of Section 6 of Chapter 62 as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word “commonwealth” in line 270 the following phase:-

“any resident over the age of 65 shall be eligible regardless of the tax imposed by this chapter”
