An Act to support commercial fishing.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 6 of Chapter 64H of the General Laws is hereby amended in subsection (o) by inserting after the word “sales” in the third sentence thereof the words “and repairs” and further by adding after the word “equipment” at the end thereof, the words “including but not limited to nets, dredges, lines, hooks, traps, wires, and any components thereof, and any fish or natural or artificial material to be utilized as bait
