An act relative to eligible production expenses for the film tax credit.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in subsection (l), in line 499, by inserting after the word “music;” the following:- “catering services;”
